1 July 2021

Thank you for your support of the school and staff this week. Our students have been happy and well and we are all looking forward to the break after a longer than usual term.

Yesterday Dave and I sent student reports home via Connect for pre-primary to year 6 students.  Kindergarten students received a portfolio of work. We aren’t permitted to offer face to face parent interviews this week, but teachers will be available early next term pending lockdown.

If you’ve been unable to access reports please let the office know and Mel can easily reset your Connect account.

Congratulations to Mikayla and Zara, who won prizes in the Gwenyth Ewens Art Awards and to Toby, Matthew and Lola who got special mentions from the judges. Their beautiful work is on exhibition at the Moores Gallery until Sunday.

Well done to Andrew who represented Richmond PS and came 27/69 in the WA School Chess League. And he’s only in year 2!

Kindy applications close on the first Friday back next term – 23 July.  All other semester two dates have been added to our web calendar.

I wish you a very happy, safe and restful break, and we look forward to hopefully being back at school on Tuesday 20 July.
